PROJECT MANAGER - BROADCAST

 

Brief description of the tasks entrusted (not exhaustive) :

  • Define the general and detailed specifications based on the specifications and technical meetings organised with the customer.
  • Coordinate all phases of development.
  • Precisely define human resources and technical skills requirements.
  • Play an active role in integration.
  • Participating in the internal organisation of departments so that projects can be finalised within the planned deadlines
  • Produce the deliverables associated with projects (specifications, technical specifications, monitoring reports).
  • Organise and take part in training sessions.
  • Assist the support department with systems maintenance.

 

Location and travel :

Based in Magny-le-Hongre, Seine-et-Marne, with travel in France and abroad.

 

Type of contract & remuneration :

Open-ended contract - Remuneration based on experience and profile.

 

Profile :

Knowledge: 4 to 5 years' higher education in IT, electronics or broadcasting.

Experience: At least 2 to 3 years' experience in integrating IT applications, ideally in the media sector.

Point of Excellence: Ability to unite and motivate teams around a common project. Technical proficiency in a Windows environment.

Professional English: Essential for working with international partners.

Office IT: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project.

Strong analytical mind, rigour and autonomy.
Audiovisual culture appreciated.

 

Operational skills :

  • Receive and analyse customer specifications
  • Study the feasibility and technical constraints of requests
  • Identify relevant technical and ergonomic solutions
  • Define the acceptance procedures for the systems installed
  • Write detailed specifications
  • Validate specifications with customers.
  • Forward specifications and recommendations to the production department
  • Validate the developers' adaptation proposals
  • Define utility test methods and procedures
  • Anticipate and resolve technical problems inherent in the project
  • Carry out regular project progress reviews
  • Carry out integration and testing
  • Accept systems and applications
  • Provide appropriate responses to any malfunctions identified
  • Train internal and external customers in the systems deployed
  • Ensure cross-departmental communication
  • Reporting on work carried out
  • Keeping a constant technological watch on IT systems, tools and applications.
